Market Access & Strategic Partnership Lead CEE

Main Job Qualifications / Requirements:

•    High ethical standards
•    10 + years of work experience in the Health Care Industry and other relevant areas.
•    Successful multiyear MA experience within a multinational company with strong reputation in CEE and/or served in the public sector on health care policy.
•    Successful multiyear experience with Politicians, Economic organizations, and Health Care providers.
•    Ability to work effectively and deliver outstanding results in a complex cross-functional environment.
•    Out of the box thinking, excellent ability to develop networks with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Excellent internal and external communication skills and a representative appearance.
•    University Diploma, preferable in Economics or a health care field. A PhD and/or M.B.A. degree would be an asset in this position.
•    Fluent Business English (both written and oral); any Eastern European Language is an asset.
•    Ability to travel extensively within the region and EMEA HQs.
•    Proven track record on developing initiatives with national or regional authorities, a good established network with government institutions and ability to connect with international organizations like World Bank, EU etc.

Measurement:

•    Successful implementation of the MA strategy in CEE.
•    On the effectiveness and quality of the MA activities, its results and the reputation of Medtronic with all relevant bodies in the Health Care arena.
