·        Educational: Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field

·        Experience:

o    Supervisor Level PB95 or less: 3+ Years with Bachelors or 0   Years with Masters.  Previous experience providing work direction to people preferred

·        Exposure to engineering or manufacturing environment
