- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Manufacturing Management and Leadership experience within the Medical Device Industry with 7+ years of Managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Manufacturing Management and Leadership experience within the Medical Device Industry with 7+ years of Managerial experience.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences.
- Medical Device Manufacturing experience.
- Breadth of background across numerous roles/functions within Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated use of Lean Manufacturing principles to achieve results.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully execute a strategy.
- Proven track record of building organizational capability and talent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Experience in leading large-scale change management.
- Experience delivering performance coaching and discipline to direct reports.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
