Exigences:
- Baccalauréat en génie industriel, de fabrication, mécanique ou électrique
- 10 ans d’expérience dans la fabrication de systèmes électromécaniques complexes, de dispositifs médicaux, d’électronique et/ou d’instrumentation
- Production à valeur ajoutée et expérience Lean Sigma
- Expérience dans le transfert de conception de R&D
- Expérience démontrée avec PRE
- Compétences démontrées en leadership.
- Capacité de construire et de gérer des équipes interfonctionnelles
- Expérience avec les opérations en salle blanche, un atout.
Profil:
Bilingue (français et anglais)

Pouvoir démontrer le succès dans les rôles précédents :
- En mettant l’accent sur les principales équipes interfonctionnelles, ainsi qu’à la propriété et l’achèvement de projet.
- Dans l’établissement de relations efficaces aussi bien qu’une participation active à la fabrication à valeur ajoutée.
- Doit avoir démontré sa capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets et/ou processus à la fois.
- Doit avoir la capacité de synthétiser des données et de tirer des conclusions appropriées.
- Une expérience opérationnelle telle qu’en production, chaîne d’approvisionnement, matériel ou le soutien technique ou de produit est requise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with concentration in any of the following fields; industrial, manufacturing, electrical or mechanical.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing intricate electromechanical systems, medical devices, electronics and/or instrumentation.
- Lean manufacturing/lean sigma experience, required.
- Experience in design transfer from R&D, a must.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP.
- Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with clean room operations, an asset.
Profile:
Bilingual (French and English).
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience should demonstrate:
- Success in prior roles with special emphasis on leading cross-functional teams as well as project ownership and completion.
- Building effective relationships and active involvement in Lean Manufacturing.
- The ability to work on more than one project/process, at a time.
- The ability to synthesize data and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Possess operational experience, such as production, supply chain, materials, or product /technical support, required.
