To be considered, you are able to demonstrate:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance (or related discipline); MBA or advanced qualifications highly desirable
  • A minimum of 15+ years of relevant sales experience coupled with a minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience
  • A proven track record in successful sales and marketing experience in a complex, multinational organization; prior sales and marketing experience in a Med-Tech organization is highly desirable
  • Experience in leading commercial business units with significant P&L responsibility, ideally with combined distributor and direct sales models
  • A broad and in-depth understanding of local country and international issues relative to the Med-Tech industry
  • Successful record of developing and leading high performance, cross-functional teams in complex organizations
