Manager OpEx Contract Mfg MITG
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience of demonstrated process improvement program success, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- 8+ years of combined manufacturing experience.
- Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- History of increasing responsibility and leadership
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results
- Solid coaching and mentoring competency
- Ability to simply and clearly convey and communicate complex concept
- Strong analytical/statistical problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across the organization
- Strong understanding of all manufacturing processes
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Master's Degree
- Experience with Contract Manufacturing
