BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience with Project Management
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Experience providing work direction, coaching and guidance to project teams
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree preferred
- PMP, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
- Prior consulting experience
- Ability to facilitate team meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decisions.
- Results oriented. Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues in a proactive, creative, and collaborative manner.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase stakeholder holder satisfaction and deepen relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience with business process improvement and support functions,
- Proven success in executing projects resulting in measurable productivity enhancement
- Confident and assertive style, but respectful of others
- Must be team oriented and able to adjust leadership style to maximize effectiveness
