- JD from a nationally recognized law school
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of attorney experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Licensed to Practice Law
- Experience negotiating sourcing-supply contracts
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
