Junior Finance Analyst
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6-12 months of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (0 years with an Advanced degree)
- Excel skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and continuous improvements mindset
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master of Business Administration/ Certified Public Accountant (MBA/CPA)
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
- Analytics Data & Insights for Power BI Dashboard creation skills
- PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to work in a multinational environment
- Experience with business partnering
