IT Team Lead Data Services
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with background in data & analytics
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in job offered or a similar role in analytics & data management
- Ability to lead a team and liaising with our business partners on the project roadmap
- Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence and advanced analytics concepts
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
- Working in a methodical and detailed manner.
- Experience in gathering, documenting and challenging business requirements.
- Excellent communicative skills, especially in English.
- Passionate about data and analytics market trends to support our strategy around value-based health care
- Must possess strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
