Must Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support
  • Proven experience in AD, DNS, TCPIP, Windows OS, Security
  • High awerness for great customer service (internal)
  • Experience in following procedures
  • Good english read, write and talk
  • Good documentation skills
  • Flexible working hours when needed

 

Nice to Haves

  • IT Related course such as, Microsoft servers, AD, virtualization, networking, cloud computing
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint and VMware products
  • PowerShell/script building
