IT Program Director - IBP (Remote position)
MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
NICE TO HAVE
- 15+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 13+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-million dollar global IT programs that deploy new standardized cross functional business processes, ideally IBP, S&OP, and/or FP&A.
- Experience implementing configurable planning applications (ideally Anaplan or similar platform) and integrating it to enterprise applications (e.g. SAP ERP, Data Warehouse, and Advanced Planning Systems).
- Experience leading, managing and negotiating with system integrators to deliver on commitments.
- Excellent leadership, presence, and executive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be a self-starter and results driven. Must be able lead through ambiguity and act with urgency.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology.
- This role may be filled with a remote resource (work from home). The ability to occasionally travel to Minnesota locations is a plus, if Covid guidelines and rules permit.
