BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

MUST HAVE   

•         Bachelors degree required

•          Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

 

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•           Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in a medical device / life science manufacturing environment.

•            Strong people management & leadership skills. Proven managerial skills of large and small diverse teams and experience with developing long-term goals for the Global Manufacturing Plant IT teams.

•            Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships.

•            Strong background and process expertise in supply chain, manufacturing operations and shop floor control

•            Ability to clearly articulate ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end-users.

•            Strategic and out of the box thinker

•            Ability to influence and motivate others which could span multiple organizational boundaries.

•            Ability to implement and sustain organizational initiatives, aligning organizational goals with global IT goals and vision.

•            Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions using good business judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving.

•            Deep knowledge of current technology capabilities and trends across applications, utilities, network operations and plant engineering infrastructure

•            Demonstrated ability to develop and apply information-driven analytic approaches to solve critical business questions in a practical manner with tangible results

•            Leadership experience in manufacturing digital strategy deployment and use of automation in world class production facilities

•            Passionate about technology with the pragmatism necessary to solve business problems and deliver value.

•            Proven success in working globally in a matrix organization across teams and cultures.

•            Proven ability to execute high-profile projects and to provide thought leadership to the organization.

•            Influential leadership experience with the ability to partner, energize, and inspire.

•            Strong business acumen and track record of improving financial business performance.

•            Excellent vendor/partner management experience dealing with large, complex, global contracts and support structures.

•            Demonstrated experience in at least one formal quality system (6 Sigma, LEAN, etc.) is strongly desired.

•            Knowledgeable about design for manufacturability (DFM), flexible manufacturing, and lean manufacturing

•            Knowledgeable about ERP, MES systems, LIMS Systems, Calibration, and Quality Systems and reporting & analytics.

•            Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure and industrial infrastructure (OT).

•            Proven track record of developing, managing to and reporting on SLAs.

•            Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.

•            Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English

•            Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally and have experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
