IT Developer - WebMethods
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT integration with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field. or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead the development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
- Participate in integration design activities working with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and peer Team Members.
- Proven expertise in integration technologies, middleware platforms, integration design patterns, messaging frameworks, and API management, ETL tools, data transformation techniques and ESB frameworks.
- Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements.
- Experience working with Real Time & Near Real Time integrations, including Message Oriented based message handling techniques and with Cloud technology AWS.
- Design and handle integrations using XML, IDOC, BAPI, EDI, Flatfiles, Java, webservices, API management, Integration cloud, Hybrid-Integration, Cloud streams and experience /Knowledge in designing CI/CD solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise database technologies like Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
- Experience or strong knowledge of communication and data handling protocols (AS2, AS4, PGP/GPG, S/MIME, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP/SCP/POP3/SMTP, Web Services/SOAP/REST, etc.)
- Previous Medtronic experience
- Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in change management, as it relates to a culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership, and implementation.
