A Day in the Life
- Providing general administrative support for the Tender team in a professional manner
- Engagement in small activities in the whole tender lifecycle
- Engagement in tender samples procedure
- Input of data in the corporate systems
- Collating information relating to bid documents and tenders
- Sorting and processing incoming correspondence (e-mails) in line with internal requirements
Must Haves
- Currently studying a higher education degree
- An excellent command Polish language, both spoken and written is essential
- Intermediate level of English
- Good knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize
- Commitment and self-motivation, ability to work independently
- Work accurately and demonstrate attention to details
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn & develop
Nice to haves
- Business, administration, economics or healthcare background
Program details
- Start date: July/August
- Duration: 6 months
- Working time: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
- Based in Warsaw
- Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
