Support the daily activity of the Virtual sales team in various areas, like sales support, order management, customer management, initiating virtual campaigns. It's a role that makes great impact on the sales performance and helps to reach better patient outcome.
A Day in the Life
• E-store management, customer relations
• Reactivate accounts and customers via Salesloft and other virtual tools
• Manage orders and shipping
• Track customers via Lightning/Salesforc CRM
• Learn special therapies of the business unit
• Support trainings, educational activities
• Support sales team in the consignments cycle accounts, inventory management and product returns, field actions
• Help and learn on costumer training events, workshops and conferences
Must Haves
- Pursuing a degree in higher education preferably in the final year of studies
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Based in Hungary
- Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) and IOS daily use
- Analytical skills
- Helpful, cooperative mindset
- Team player
- Interested in optimization and improvement work
- Open for out of box thinking
- Problem solving attitude
Nice to Haves
- A degree in Technical or Economics
- Healthcare, biology, anatomy knowledge
- Driver’s license
Internship/ Program details:
- Start date: May onwards
- Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
- Working hours: 24h/week
- Working model: remote with a possibility to come to the office
