You will support our sales teams, working with different stakeholders from other functions and business also including an international environment.
A Day in the Life
- Assisting with organization of workshops, congresses, and customer training events.
- Supporting the sales team in consignment cycle accounts, inventory management, product returns etc.
- Conducting market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Providing systematic support to CathLab team managers and team members.
- Data analysis in collaboration with marketing/product management or creating necessary forms and following up on training programs for healthcare personnel, forwarding them to the relevant unit.
- Managing orders and shipping.
Must Haves
- Pursuing a degree in higher education in healthcare related fields such as: biomedical or other engineering, biology (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Based in Warsaw, Poland
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to Haves
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present analysis findings.
Program details:
- Start date: May onwards
- Duration: 6 months
- Based in Warsaw, Poland
- Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
- Working model: hybrid or remote with a possibility to come to the office
