Integrated Business Planning Process Lead
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or other relevant discipline is required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

- Strong business acumen
- Experience in a structured business process (e.g. SIOP, S&OP, IBP) strongly preferred
- Experience strategizing and implementing Plan processes within a large organization
- Ten or more years’ experience in demand/supply, financial or sales planning
- Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with Executive management and all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator and facilitator to reach consensus, buy-in and commitment.
- Proven experience in process definition and implementation
- Global change management experience across geography, functions and organization levels.
- Experience with an ERP system
- Advanced knowledge of Plan systems and processes.
- Adept at creating tools and processes from scratch a plus
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions.
- Five or more years proven success leading a team of individuals in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Recognized leadership capability.
- Proven capability to drive results.
