IHS Managing Consultant in Capacity Management for Surgical Theater – flexible location across Spain
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant Master’s degree
• Capacity management experience
• Process reengineering experience
• Fluent in English
• Good level of Spanish and any other language are a plus
JOB EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience
• Experienced in planning & scheduling or capacity management in healthcare area would be highly valued
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of hospital IT and data analytics
• Strong and demonstrable project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Strong presentation and communication skills – oral and written (PowerPoint)
• Excellent partnering and collaboration skills (team-player, navigating though complex environment with wide range of stakeholders at all levels)
• Customer- and Business-focus and understanding
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to travel across EMEA (25-50%)
