HR Shared Services Supervisor
- Requires 1 or more years of experience in experience in HR support, talent acquisition or related areas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations.
- Fluent English both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Prior experience with Medtronic.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification
- People Leadership Experience
- Advanced Experience with Service Now, Excel and HR Systems
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with vendors and people at all management levels
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, ability to problem solve and bring issues to resolution quickly
