We are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resources Project Coordinator IV to support our Human Resources team for Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) and Neurovascular (NV). This will be an onsite position located in Lafayette, Colorado.  

 

A Day in the Life

 

In this role, you will be an integral team member within the HR function on large- and small-scale projects and administration. You will provide project oversight for assigned CST and NV groups, managing projects by adequately tracking status of deliverables and maintaining and updating the project plan. These projects are often complex and will occur simultaneously along with your other day-to-day demands. Your detail orientation, high sense of urgency, and grace under pressure will help you problem solve on your own and as part of the HR team. You will administer systems and manage information by reporting data, completing data entry, utilizing data to draw conclusions, and making recommendations.  You will manage communications including drafting and disseminating written communication to program participants, managers, presenters, and leaders. 

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Handle last minute changes/requests and unexpected challenges by finding solutions and managing deadlines.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to policies and practices for guidance.
  • Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables.
  • Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gather and compile information for reports.
  • Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience working in Human Resources for a large corporation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience working on high visibility programs/projects.
  • Experience working in an environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience providing a strong level of professional service and follow-through in a confidential manner.
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion.
  • Experience problem solving in sometimes ambiguous circumstances.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
