Cualificaciones:
Requisitos mínimos
- 1 o 2 años de experiencia relacionada en procesos de RRHH, onboarding, bienestar o áreas afines.
- Habilidades en manejo de bases de datos.
- Dominio de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Auto motivado.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
- Se requieren excelentes habilidades de organización con capacidad para priorizar en un entorno acelerado y en constante cambio.
- Capaz de gestionar el tiempo y completar múltiples proyectos de forma independiente y proactiva.
- Debe mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad.
- Debe exhibir una conducta profesional y ser capaz de establecer relaciones.
- Capacidad para manejar situaciones difíciles.
- Capaz de interactuar con todos los niveles de gestión.
Deseable:
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en un entorno profesional de ritmo rápido.
- Experiencia en multinacionales matriciales
- Habilidades organizativas demostradas y orientación al detalle.
