HR Director Korea
To be considered, you are able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or Social Science
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws, employment laws, and HR policies
- Broad knowledge and experience in human resources management
- An ability to design, implement and execute HR strategies for business units and functional groups
- Experience in partnering with business operations to ensure to proactively resolve HR and business issues
- Experience in operating in a large matrix environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Korea
