HR Director
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+years of progressive experience in the HR field or Advanced Degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in the HR field
• Previous HR leadership roles
• HR Business Partner/Generalist experience in change management, organization design and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment, and employee training and development.
Nice to Have:
• Advance HR Degree or MBA with HR specialization
• HR strategy development and execution experience
• Experience navigating a global, matrix management structure.
• medical device or related healthcare industry experience
• High sense of urgency and comfortable with a high growth, rapid change environment
