KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 
•     1 to 3+ years of experience in an administrative role within an HR department Relevant diploma or equivalent with 3+ years customer experience will also be considered.  
•    You will demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate and create alignment, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer whilst fostering diversity & inclusion in everything that you do.
•    You are a strong problem solver with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
•    You like to work in a team environment and can also work using your own initiative. You can adapt to all levels of hierarchy and communicate easily and with diplomacy.
•    You have strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
•    Fluent in Portuguese and English written and verbal at a professional level.
•    Basic understanding of Portuguese employment law or willing to learn.

Location: Lisbon - Portugal.
