HR Business Operations Support based in Cairo covering APS (Arabian peninsula states)
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in an administrative role within an HR department Relevant diploma or equivalent with 3+ years customer experience will also be considered.
- You will demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate and create alignment, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer whilst fostering diversity & inclusion in everything that you do.
- You are a strong problem solver with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- You like to work in a team environment and can also work using your own initiative. You can adapt to all levels of hierarchy and communicate easily and with diplomacy.
- You have strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Fluent in Arabic and English written and verbal at a professional level
- Basic understanding of Saudi Arabian employment law
