Head of Pain Therapies Germany (m/f/d) - Home Office

Must haves

• BA/BSc degree, coupled with postgraduate degree preferable
• Approx. 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibilities - with a strong track record of success, this in highly competitive markets
• 3-5 years of experience in business leadership with strong proven leadership skills and track record which clearly indicates effective leadership and motivation of other groups, preferably in a multi-cultural, pan-European environment
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and in English. Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels in an organization and with diverse groups
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales & marketing management as well as other functions
• Results-driven and focused, with a strong ability to get plans executed
• Proven track record to work independently, while achieving ambitious personal and organisational objectives
• Highly motivated with “can do” attitude with strong influence management skills.
• Proven track record of good judgment
• Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers and subordinates
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make bold decisions without close supervision 
• Experience of working with complexity and multiple competing priorities

Nice to haves

• Knowing already the medical device 
• Experience in having P&L responsibility 
• Additional European language
