GTLD Transformation Value Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of communications, branding or marketing experience including developing talent acquisition social media campaigns and collateral, or 8+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience digesting strategic initiatives and planning the implementation and positioning to create value for a large base of employees
- Experience working with global talent leaders, programs and processes strongly preferred
- Experience partnering as the content SME with corporate communications partners
- Experience with creating and launching social media campaigns across diverse talent segments and needs
- Experience creating executive level presentations and materials
- Highly collaborative working experience, partnering with multiple stakeholders to weave a cohesive value story.
- Talent destination marketing and branding approach
- Content development
- Prior Medtronic experience a plus
