Global Training & Education Consultant - Brain Modulation
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, these basic qualifications must be evident on your resume.
- Bachelors’ Degree and at least 10+ years of experience in medical education, market development, field engineering, clinical or sales position in the medical industry, OR 8+ years with a Masters’ degree, OR 5+ years with a Doctorate degree
- Experience must include at least 2 years of relevant experience in Neuromodulation, Neurostimulation or Deep Brain Stimulation.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology and surgical procedures
- Demonstrated facilitation/instructor skills and experience in developing technical education and/or sales training programs.
- E-learning knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated project management skills; planning and organizing, multitasking
- Experience working with a virtual team
- Prior sales or field experience
- DBS experience
- Experience in both clinical and training responsibilities
- Experience working directly with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to demonstrate “out of the box thinking” skills and manage barriers effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal skills, time management and team building skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities and requirements
- Proficient in the use of software applications including MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally with instructional software; Articulate, iPad applications, etc.
