Must Have: Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, these basic qualifications must be evident on your resume.

  • Bachelors’ Degree and at least 10+ years of experience in medical education, market development, field engineering, clinical or sales position in the medical industry, OR 8+ years with a Masters’ degree, OR 5+ years with a Doctorate degree
  • Experience must include at least 2 years of relevant experience in Neuromodulation, Neurostimulation or Deep Brain Stimulation.  

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology and surgical procedures
  • Demonstrated facilitation/instructor skills and experience in developing technical education and/or sales training programs.
  • E-learning knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills; planning and organizing, multitasking
  • Experience working with a virtual team
  • Prior sales or field experience
  • DBS experience 
  • Experience in both clinical and training responsibilities 
  • Experience working directly with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to demonstrate “out of the box thinking” skills and manage barriers effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal skills, time management and team building skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities and requirements
  • Proficient in the use of software applications including MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Ideally with instructional software; Articulate, iPad applications, etc.
