Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a marketing, market development or sales role (5 years with Masters)
•Project and/or Program Management experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA
•Experience developing and executing market development programs within the medical device or healthcare industry
•Ability to balance development of strategy plus experience in bringing that strategy to life through execution
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills
•Experience influencing teams and working in a matrix organization. Strong and on-time execution focus with stakeholders including sales teams in a dynamic environment with an ability to be agile. Experience working with key societies and physician leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives
