Global Senior Product Manager - Upstream MDIS, Diabetes
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, upstream/new product development with a Bachelors’ degree, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA in business or marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering field preferred
- Experience in upstream marketing preferred
- Experience learning technical products quickly
- Knowledge of medical device industry practices, techniques and standards (e.g., role of clinical trials, reimbursement landscape)
- Experience working in a fast paced, global organization
- Global perspective and mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience communicating with senior leaders.
- Diabetes product knowledge is a plus
- Experience in digital health / regulated digital is a plus
