Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of marketing, business development, sales or technical experience to be considered (8 years with a Masters)
•Experience developing and leading projects, programs, and/or cross-functional teams
•Financial modeling and market analysis experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA
•Healthcare, medical device, bio-tech or pharmaceutical industry experience
•Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is also desired.
•A biomedical or electrical engineering background would be ideal.
•Experience generating new ideas, recommendations, and strategies to support portfolio strategies.
•Strong analytical ability to identify and think through all issues and determine their impacts on business strategy.
•Experience with market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data.
•Exceptional technical and modeling skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
