Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
•7+ years of experience in a role involving professional training, sales training or medical education (5 years with Masters)
•Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design/Curriculum Development preferred
•Experience with online collaborative task management tools such as Workfront
•Instructional design experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred
•Surgical robotics knowledge helpful
•Experience leading global, cross functional projects concurrently
•Strong sensitivity to multicultural dimensions, particularly different learning
and behavioral styles
