Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • 5+ Years of engineering experience within medical devices/healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures and product performance.
  • Knowledge of quality and document control systems.
  • Track record of driving results in project management capacities.
  • Project Management background (or demonstrated capability) desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering experience to drive achievement of operational and quality goals for business.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and lead others.
  • Engineering and/or Quality experience is required.
  • Willingness to travel (35%).
  • Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written is preferred
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
