Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategic events, leadership or governance committees, or core or cross-functional team leadership, or advanced degree with a minimum 5+ years of experience
Nice to Have
  • Deep relevant experience developing and facilitation preparation for and related execution of high-profile matrixed leadership committees
  • Demonstrated strong influence management and ability to collaboratively navigate matrix environments i
  • Advanced power-point and other collateral development skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgement, and process improvement mindset
  • Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, councils, or committees
  • Demonstrated success in people or program management
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across a matrix environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex strategies and data in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated success with advancing high-profile change management initiatives
  • Experience with or in advancing inclusion, diversity and equity
