Field Services Rep II
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of Associate Degree required in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on medical devices
- Negotiating and selling service offerings
- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid state-issued Driver’s License is required
- English fluency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to obtain hospital entry credentials
Working Conditions:
- May require extensive travel and overtime with frequent overnight travel (including some weekends and holidays).
- Some travel may be on short notice. Travel may require driving, flying, or a combination of both.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and manipulate a 250 lb. ventilator for repair.
- Most work is performed in a hospital environment
