MUST-HAVES
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life science
• 3+ years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry - ideally in the high blood pressure, internal medicine and / or nephrology units – with expertise in strategy development, key tactics, execution, and performance metrics
• Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales systems, and daily usage of CRM systems
• Excellent communicator, Stakeholder Manager & navigator in complex business environments
• Ability to perform in a complex matrix organization
• Good level of English, both verbal and written.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Knowledge of clinic and hospital, specifically cardiovascular, patient pathways and business operations – insights in hypertension market, indications, guidelines, and evidence is preferred
• Proven experience in setting tactical and operational direction for market development projects
Work Location: Home-based within the sales area (Madrid – Barcelona)
