Field Clinical Manager- Cardiac Rhythm Management, Field Clinical Organization

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading/managing (preferably with managerial/people leadership experience) the execution of clinical research, regulations, processes, projects and tactics or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading/managing (preferably with managerial/people leadership experience) the execution of clinical research, regulations, processes, projects and tactics.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• MA/MS degree in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Clinical Research or Clinical Trials/Study Management, Science, Engineering (BioMed/EE/Mech); MBA, MPH, or PhD
• 5+years of Clinical Research experience with 2+ years of managerial/people leadership experience at Medtronic or within a medical device industry
• Experience in the management of clinical devices
• Cardiac, vascular, or cardiac rhythm management experience. Thorough knowledge of pacing/defibrillation/heart failure technology therapies, care pathways, and related disease states.
• Knowledge of and experience with Health Canada regulations
• Thorough understanding of in-house/field study management dynamics/interactions
• Expertise with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials
