A Day in the Life
As the Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will:
- Perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.
- Typically perform work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, and mechanical.
- Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
- Use blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
This is an on-site 3rd shift position with working hours between (10:00pm-6:30am).

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with BAS systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to use multi meter to troubleshoot incoming power and low voltage controls
- HVAC experience
- EPA universal certification
- Ability to sweat, braze and pro-press pipe
- Familiar with chiller plant and water treatment (RO/DI systems)
- Ability to be on call 24/7 and weekend rotation as the schedule dictates
