Facilities Admin Specialist
Must Have:
- Experience in front desk reception/administrative/secretarial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships.
- Flexibility to prioritise effectively to meet the variety of demands needed to add value to the business.
- Customer focused.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, conflict resolution, and independent working skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic member of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with global companies within large teams, juggling different priorities.
