BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of EA/Administrative experience including the support of Senior Executives.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Business (Office Administration).
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software E.g. PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels.
  • Experience in a “team oriented” dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized; an excellent time manager.
  • High level of initiative. Confident, “can do” attitude.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with organizational decision makers (internal/external).
  • Maintenance of proactive relationships with customers, payers and healthcare providers.

  • Sound working knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles.
