Must Haves
• At least 1 year Event management or Front office experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results;
• Problem-solving skills and diplomacy;
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to Haves
- Additional languages a plus;
- Teamwork and negotiation skills;
- Flexible and adaptable approach;
- Essential business system software knowledge/skill including Microsoft Office, Outlook;• Excellent customer focus;
