Engineering Manager - Project Transfer
Qualifications de base:
Baccalauréat en ingénierie.
10+ ans d’experience en fabrication préférablement au sein d’industries réglementées (par exemple celle dedispositifs médicaux, de l’aérospatiale).
5+ ans d’expérience en gestion de projet, livraison de projets complexes interfonctionnels, selon les échéances et le budget.
3 ans d’expérience en gestion de ressources humaines.
Utilisateur averti du logiciel MS Project.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (orale et écrite) en anglais et en français.
Capable d’influencer de manière significative et forte technique de présentation.
Capacité de fonctionner de manière autonome avec un haut degré d’indépendance.
Capacité de coordonner tous les aspects d’un projet nécessitant une interaction avec d’autres services (travail d’équipe et collaboration).
Succès démontré pour diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles et/ou des organisations matricielles.
Qualifications souhaitées :
Certification en gestion de projet (PMP ou semblable).
Certification ceinture verte est hautement souhaitable.
Compétences confirmées en processus d’amélioration opérationnelle portant sur l’application d’une gestion allégée, Six Sigma ou de méthodologies connexes pour diriger et gérer le changement.
Des connaissances opérationnelles des éléments suivants : FDA 21CFR820; réglementation de système de qualité ; directives portant sur les dispositifs médicaux ISO 13485 ; ISO 14971, et l’application des normes d’harmonisation qui s’appliquent aux dispositifs médicaux et à l’industrie pharmaceutique sont souhaitées.
Diplôme de maîtrise est souhaitée.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of engineering degree.
10+ years manufacturing experience preferably in a regulated industry (Medical devices, Aerospace).
5+ years Project Management experience, delivering complex multi-functional projects on time and on budget.
3 years of People Management experience
Advanced user of MS Project.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in English and French.
Strong influencing and presentation skills.
Ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of independence.
Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of a project requiring interaction with other departments (teamwork and cooperation).
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and/or matrix organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
Green Belt certification is highly desirable.
Demonstrated business process improvement skills with the application of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies to lead and manage change.
A working knowledge of the following: FDA 21CFR820; Quality System Regulation; ISO 13485; ISO 14971* Medical Device Directive; and, applicable Harmonization Standards that apply to medical device and pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Master’s degree preferred.
