Electrical Manufacturing Engineer II
MUST HAVE:
• Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 0+ years of experience required.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Masters Degree
• 3+ years of experience
• Electrical controls and automation design experience.
• Proficiency in PLC (Allen Bradley), vision system (Cognex) and data acquisition system (LabVIEW) programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in the application of machine motion controls, servo and pneumatic.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and machine guarding safety standards.
• Experience in equipment risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Experience in Lean Design and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DFA, PFMEA, IQ and CQ.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Knowledge and e3xpeirence with material processing and testing
• Engineering and Problem solving tools: MINITAB, SIX SIGMA, DOE, GR&R, CAPA, CAD, DMAIC
• Experience with DFMA and Lean manufacturing tools.
• Excellent organization, planning, computer, technical writing, communication and presentations skills
• Dynamic, positive attitude
• Strong communication, manufacturing process, product industrialization and leadership skills
• Solid design, troubleshooting and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Lean and/or 6 Sigma
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA
