Minimum Education and Experience: |
Bachelors degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in Operations or Distribution management |

Preferred Education and Experience: |
Handling, storage and packaging of medical products, Green Belt certification, APICS or other professional certification |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations particular to that state
Systems knowledge: Microsoft applications, AS400 (i.e., JDE, SAP), SAP experience
Self motivated; can work with minimal supervision, in a remote facility
Ability to supervise and coach timely and affectively
