QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Education

          Bachelor in Science /B Pharma/  BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering / Bio-instrumentation, Electronics

          PG degree in Business Management

          Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

Relevant prior Experience and Knowledge which will be useful in current role

          Minimum 10 - 14 years sales experience in Concept Selling  background and people management

          5 - 6 years in Healthcare

          Experience of Distribution Management

          Willing to travel extensively

          Experience in executing projects while working in dynamic environments

          Exposure to Tender specifications on Price/Technical bids

          Good verbal communicator and presenter – Good command over English and Regional language

          Should be able to visualize the impact of initiatives on Medtronic business, competition, and the marketplace. Utilize this knowledge to the benefit of the business.
