EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management, Analytics/Data Science, Applied Math, Economics, or equivalent
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Manufacturing
• 7 years of progressive analytics/insights leadership with experience in consulting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience setting strategy and objectives for a diversified, global business
• Ability to interface with all groups and levels to solve problems and create solutions
• Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL and statistical tools
• Experience leading and developing a team of employees, including providing managing subordinate people leaders

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in analytics in a global Healthcare or Medical Technology company, preferably in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction continuous improvement efforts.
• 6+ years of experience in the medical device industry
• Proven leadership and talent management skills
• Ability to lead change in a complex environment
• Strong strategy development skills
• Proven ability to achieve results through building partnerships and influence skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Broad business understanding and ability to apply to current issues
• Project Management Certification
• Six Sigma Belt certification and/or Lean Sigma certification and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality System, QSR and ISO regulations
