Digital Process Improvement Specialist
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
Formal Education and Certifications Required:
• Preferably an Engineering or technical degree
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Process Capability Analysis PCA certifications are required.
Job-Specific Competencies required to successfully perform the job:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5-7 years’ deep experience in process design (BPMN), user experience design and/or service design
• You have an expertise in the design thinking methodologies, well versed in rapid prototyping and iterative processes. You can demonstrate a portfolio of work with detailed examples how your research work has improved CX
• Experience in the digital sector with a background in technology/system development and project
• Strong experience creating user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps. Root cause analysis and process modelling
• Experience in customer journey mapping, measurement, process improvement and strategy
• You have a deep understanding of digital product lifecycle; are comfortable working with designers, technical & business teams; and have a deep knowledge of an array of research methodologies
• Proven successful digital product launch experience. Must have been involved in at least one product or solution launch – development, integration, messaging, communication, campaigns and adoption
• Ability to write and structure business processes and technical documentation fluently in English.
• Must be able to articulate platform/solution requirements per the audience (high level to deep low level technical)
• Technical certifications in design are well considered
• Self-motivated; team player with a can-do attitude
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
