Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    At least 5 years of working experience in technical/clinical related function / environment
•    Learning Management System and eLearning Technology Experience.
•    Having worked in an international company/environment, ideally in the medical device industry
•    Experience in working in a complex organization with different countries / cultures

Competencies & Skills
•    Fluent in & English 
•    Medical & technical knowledge preferably in the above BU field
•    Ability and willingness to work in fast changing environment
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Results and quality oriented
•    Initiative
•    Focus on continuous learning
•    Proven instructional design experience
•    Digital curriculum design experience
•    Learning technology skills – content development (eLearn, video, interactive learning, gamification)
•    Knowledge of LMS technology to be able to support learning programs
•    Previous experience with these or similar platforms Totara, Panopto, Learning Locker & Zoom

PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS
•    Comfortable with approx. 30% travel
•    Work rate: 100%
•    Based in Western Europe
