Digital Education Operations Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven track record in IT systems operations and configuration. University degree and/or relevant experience in the field a must
• Experience in running operations. Defining standard operating procedures, ensuring adoption, reviewing efficiency and optimizing operations continuously
• Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration (ideally Totara)
• Familiar with web Content Management Systems (CMS) technologies for content delivery, Single Sign On (SSO) and other IT concepts
JOB EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems administration and operations management
• Experience in managing a team
• Experience in healthcare industry is a strong advantage
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
• High level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a team and across decentralized, global organization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. English is a must
• Strong analytical skills. Data and analytics reporting skills are a must
• Proactive, agile and flexible. Willing to quickly step in, step up and improve processes where needed
• Quick learner. Willing to learn new applications and tools
• Customer-centric. Makes the connection between own remit and the greater purpose of the team
• Looking to continuously improve people and processes
